Same!! 24 years later it is one of my most used items and going strong |
| Best gifts were plates/bowls/mugs, set of knives, silverware, and an ice cream maker which was fun to use after we had kids. |

Married 23 years. Up until recently, the two stand out things still regularly being used were camping chairs and everyday thick glasses. One of the camping chairs just broke and this is after years of being used for camping, cookouts and for the past decade being taken to sports fields every weekends for our kids games. Most of the glasses are now broken but they lasted forever.
Things never used - crystal, cake cutter, engraved glasses. We didn’t register for any of that and they are in storage somewhere in the basement. |
| ^and knives! I still have the knife set on the counter and use it all of the time. |
|
Ronco Beef Machine, 5-Tray Dehydrator with 5-Piece Kit.
We literally use it three times a day, every day. |
E we will interesting - what do you eat that requires dehydrating things 3x a day? |

Everyday dishes and flatware. Nothing too fancy. Ours is just white dishes from crate and barrel and flatware set from macys (we registered at both stores).
We also often use our big wooden salad bowl from C&B. All clad cookware. Things we registered for that i wouldn’t register for again random kitchen utensils and small appliances. I don’t really like to cook. I wanted to try to be more into cooking when we married but it’s never happened and most of that stuff goes unused. |
| A crystal vase. I love fresh flowers and this is pretty much the only gift that has survived 30 years. |
| A set of clear, stacking bowls. I use them all the time. Married 15 years. |
+2. Same here. |
| Huge Wilton Armetal platter (think serving your Thanksgiving Turkey) and an extra-large glass salad bowl and also, a set of camping chairs. All still in use after 24 years! |
Tell us more. You make jerky three times a day every day? |

Most of it was unnecessary (all the registry stuff.) my favorite gift decades later is a professionally framed wedding photo of my grandparents.
