It's only fun if you are working with wealthy residential clients on their estate.
For every other kind of project you are working on handicap accessibility, road slopes and ramps to prevent speeding.

Therapist
- actually in school for this now, but I wish I'd considered it right after college rather than waiting 25 years

Person who names paint and makeup colors - no idea what qualifications this requires but it seems so fun

Woah, me too - I literally thought I had already responded until I saw your third option. Mine third would have been a financial planner.

Initially, I wanted to be a flight attendant. Grew up in a very strict household and pretty much could only leave home to get married Ended up working in Administrative positions. I wish I would have gone into foreign service, like working at the US Embassy around the world. When I attending college at night, didn't know that was an option

If it makes you feel better, it’s almost impossible to get into the foreign service

That does seem fun. Nice not to be tied to a desk

As a kid I always wants to be a professional sports person, until I played with a few international folks to realize how talented they are and still how hard they need to work to "make it". It is stressful

Totally regret majoring in Accounting. Hate it. Looking to get into Cybersecurity.

I wish I'd just worked for a bank in wealth management. I spent over a decade in the legal profession - and then transitioned into a non-legal job in the wealth management arm of the bank. For lateral-entry it was good...because my legal experience was a significant asset and gave me an extremely good position coming in. However, when it comes to upward career progress it's a bit hard b/c my background is legal and i don't have the same 'banking' experience (and all the related skills) that others applying for the same positions i want already have.

I currently work in sales/account management.

What I'd like to do, that I could possibly actually do in my real life, is work in admin/programming for an arts or nature community organization that I really care about.

What I'd like to do, if I was starting over from scratch, is something in the sciences. Astrophysics or evolutionary biology. Or maybe just a professional student in one of those fields.

I want to be a wedding singer.
