The sidewalk adjacent to the Capitol grounds was barricaded for a reason snd she was given multiple opportunities to move herself to the sidewalk.

Yes, people who loot, vandalize, and engage in violence under the guise of protest are just thieves, vandals, and violent criminals. They are committing crimes and should be prosecuted. People who loot, vandalize, and engage in violence in furtherance of other crimes (interrupting official acts of Congress, attempting to prevent election results from being certified, threatening the Vice President, trespassing in federal buildings) get into even more trouble because they committed even more crimes.
