I collect fragrances and samples and sometimes I’ll smell a phantom perfume, then I go put that one on.

I've been mixing different perfumes lately. I have on Mason Margiela "Autumn Vibes" and Byredo's Gypsy Water today. The autumn one was too autumn, but this mellowed it. Also have a handful of LeLabo scents which are fun to layer. I finally realized I can't buy a large bottle because I'm not a loyalist to any perfume. They are too fun!

Chanel no. 5 — it smells really good on me, better than in the bottle, makes me feel confident and professional.
Narciso-(only the black bottle) - love this —- always makes me feel sexy
Diorissimo — classic floral with a warmer dry down, makes me feel classic and pulled together, like Grace Kelly!
Clair Obscur by Keiko Mercheri — sharp, fresh white floral, great for hot days of summer
Fleur Nocturne by Isabel — lovely white floral for evenings out

The one I get the most compliments on is Monyette Paris oil. But it’s not an every day fragrance, at least not to me

I love Maison Margiela's By The Fireplace for an autumn scent, Hermes Twilly Ginger for warmer months, and my go-to for special occasions is Maison Francis Kurkdjian's Aqua Celestia Forte. So far those are the ones that agree with my body chemistry, as every perfume smells different depending on the person wearing it.

I love a white musk. Narciso Rodriguez For Her and Fleur de Peau by Diptyque are in the rotation lately.

I also am weirdly drawn to Lush's pansy.

Yes, I'm going to need to smell it next time I'm at a JM store. I'm another who prefers Wood and Sage Sea Salt.

To alleviate some concern from the anti-perfume folks, I have noticed that I can rarely smell anyone's perfume anymore. (No, I did not have covid). And I wear it a lot less often myself post pandemic. I wear a lot less makeup and nice clothes too, so I may not be the best one to comment though!
