Since it’s mostly to deal with anxiety, it’s just cardio. I enjoy weight training but I feel really indulgent spending 15 minutes on exercises for my hyper mobility issues, 45 for cardio, and then another 30 for strength. So most of the time when I work out it’s just the hyper mobility exercises and cardio. I shoot for every day but usually it’s 5-6 days per week. Game changer! But sometimes the anxiety is too bad to function so I’ll take an Ativan. That’s like once every three months though. |
