Whis is a first-floor powder room a must-have?

We just added ours last year and it’s amazing! Now a must-have for us.

The row house powder room is typically a disaster. Right in the kitchen, or right in the dining room. So you can hear guest pee? Sound proofed and tucked away is the only way it can work but not easy in a row house.


We have a 40s colonial. It’s either in living room, kitchen, or dining room. Or do we add an addition with hallways just for a half bath??
