No, not really.

There are far too many cis-gender whites (and particularly males) in leadership positions at every level of the party.

That needs to end.

Then the party can be just like DCUM.

Well, with that CV she should be able to get a job and not interfere with her husband's staff. Or is she like Hillary Clinton with alleged credentials but an inability to get a job that her husband doesn't get for her.

To the PP eviscerating Hil, I think I love you. Keep up the good work!

I still am embarrassed for a woman who graduate at the top of her class at a prestigious Ivy college and then a prestigious Ivy law school and had to ride on her husband's coat tails to every job she had. And she f**ked up the country by insisting on running for President and getting rubbed out by Trump. To paraphrase Golda Meir: "I can forgive the Dems many things, but I can never forgive them for allowing Hillary Clinton to run for the Presidency."

Ugh it is so bad to have a spouse on the payroll. Hillary was 1st lady 30 years ago. A lot of things about that White House were very bad. Surely we can stop doing this!

Agree 100%

Humiliated herself with the headbands and Tammy Wynette indignation. Never been able to read the room - ever. From Hilary's Healthcare debacle in 1993 to 2017's "What Happened" memoir. Total cringe at every step. And she will still not gracefully exit stage left. The ego on this one!

Agreed.

I dated a former staffer of his (my ex worked for him before he was elected to the Senate), and my ex actually also mentioned this several years ago. Apparently his wife is extremely difficult and caused problems/had bad relationships with a lot of the staff.

DCUM has become an intolerant, single-party echo chamber.

But that's beside the point:

- why did she single out WHITE staffers??

She didn’t single out white staffers. “Dear white staffer” is an online account started to flag ways white staffers were oblivious about if not hostile to issues facing bipoc staffers and it turned into a broader forum for people to raise concerns about employment on capitol hill.

The Insta account started out riffing on the "Dear White People" show on Netflix (which I think may have originally been a book). Over time, the scope of the account evolved from calling out fellow staffers for subtle racism to a broader mandate for how junior Hill staffers are treated by Members and by senior staff.
