Haven't heard from in-house recruiter

I got an email from an in-house recruiter on Tuesday a couple of hours after I submitted my resume. In his email, he asked for best time for a phone interview "in the next week" and to give him my phone number, so I replied the next day with my dates. He then emailed me almost instantly asking for my availability this week, so I responded right away with two options, I haven't heard from him at all.

Part of me wants to send him and email and ask if he is still interested in the phone interview and to give him my phone number, another part of me says to be patient and see what happens.

email back with more than 2 times. "I just wanted to reiterate my interest in this position and confirm my availability for a phone interview at the following times: X YZ PDQ"

Op here with an update, I reached out to him and he responded that he missed my previous email, he appreciated that the follow up and confirmed day/time for phone interview.
