| I took one about 7 years ago through the county rec program. Check the catalog if you can find one. The woman who ran it was probably in her 60s (or maybe even 70s) but was really fit and clearly had lots of experience. Steps were provided. I wish I still had mine but I gave it away years ago along with my Jane Fonda VHS tape. |
