Need a new bike - recs on where to by in NoVA

So, I need a road bike. Not a high end bike but a nice, smooth, light bike for doing mainly sprint triathlons. My current bike is just too big, bulky, and just a poor bike. Just sort of bought it on sale about 10 years back. I need to be measured for a proper fit and speak with someone who knows what they are doing and can recommend something for me. I live in Fairfax.
Any recommendations?

I like Performance Bike a lot, although I didn't go to the one in Fairfax. If you are willing to truck out to Maryland, Bike Doctor is the best, IMO, for personalized service.

We have bought bikes at Bikes of Vienna and Spokes and had good experiences with both. Bikes of Vienna seems to be slightly more, but they definitely provide better service.
