What's your priority? Besides new construction - do you prefer one beach area over another? Do you have friends or established ties to one area? Do you want land around your house, or don't care? Do you want amenities the require an HOA? Community pool? Do you want to be able to bike to the beach?
There are a ton of variables! What matters to you, besides DE and new construction? |

| New construction, Rehobeth area preferred, would love proximity to bike to beach but need to be realistic, as many bedrooms as possible, community pool and amenities, no ties to the area. |

you have to drive to beach but its a house with space and amenities. we have a beach house and spend 2-3 hrs there and are spent. you want a nice house to come home to. |
