Need info about Youth toastmaster program

My son is 14, and he is really shy and can't speak loudly in public. Are there any youth/ junior toastmaster programs in this area? We live in McLean, near Tysons.

I would look into an improvisation/drama class first. There are lots of theater classes for teens in your area.
