Anyone have a 4/3+ in Vienna that you haven't listed but want to sell?

Not finding anything I love in Vienna yet, so crossing my fingers someone has an unlisted house they want to sell? 4/3 minimum, with at least some flat backyard, not on major road, highly rated schools at all levels. Budget depends on quality and need for renovations but let's say 800-975. Preference for open kitchen/family room and a neighborhood with young kids. Thanks!

Have you seen the ones listed in shouse village? They need work but could meet your criteria.

I love the idea of shouse but one needs a ton of work and the other is just kind of small. Hoping to find something a bit more spacious without quite as much work needed. I don't mind putting in a new kitchen or bath but don't want the kind of reno that keeps us from moving in. But if someone has another house in shouse, I'd be all ears! Thanks!

18:48 here, you should email Paula Stewart (she handles most of the real estate transactions in shouse) and she can tell you if anything is about to go on the market. Most of the good homes sell pre market here and never hit MLS. Good luck, it's a fabulous neighborhood with young kids!

Madison, Oakton or McLean pyramids with exception of Luther Jackson, Cunningham park, freedom hill or Marshall road elementary. Houses have sold recently that would have been good fits so I know it's possible. I tried reaching out to a shouse agent but she won't tell me anything because I already have an agent. Was hoping someone from shouse might be lurking on here! Or lake vale our a house with cardinal membership. Thanks!

We're fine with Marshall. I forgot to mention it above. It's more a matter of excluding the schools I listed. I've looked at everything on the market in this area, too, but if there is something we haven't considered, I'd love to take a look! I forgot to mention, I would exclude South Lake pyramid as well.

Are you trying to avoid brown people? Because that is what your post sounds like.
