I don't think they take 2 YO, at least when my kids went there a few years ago they started kids at 2.5. That being said, we had a good experience. Some teachers were better liked by my kids than others, but all of them were fine, and the kids liked going there. Some of the teachers have been there for a long time, and others come and go (not so different from other daycares). They offer a decent amount of extra curriculars (language, music, ballet, drama, art, etc.) and at least when we were there, they also offered part-time slots, which was great for us. Again, our experience is about 3 years old.
