I am in the middle of surrogacy as an intended parent and have worked with SG. There are different scenarios but simple IVF with a gestational carrier costs $16,500 for one cycle or $28,000 for the shared risk program which means shady grove will do up to 6 cycles and if you do not get pregnant at the end of those 6 cycles you get $25,000 of your $$ back.

In addition the parents also have to pay for the carrier's medical prescreening which costs upwards of $3,000 plus the carrier's, her husband's and the parents' own psychological tests which costs is >/= about $2000.
