3 days in Williamsburg -- Please help plan our fun

Spending a long weekend in Williamsburg with a 10-year old. My plan so far:
Day 1 -- Colonial Williamsburg, Governor's Mansion, Ghost Tour (Dinner: Sal's)
Day 2 -- Jamestown (including Glassblowers), Yorktown, a walk/hike somewhere nearby (Dinner?)
Day 3 -- Decorative Arts museum

That's what I have. Any other fun things we should hit? I would have spent a day at Busch Gardens but it is closed.
No dinner time the last day -- will be returning home sometime in the afternoon. Any must-eat restaurants?
