Christmas laser lights- do these get stolen?

I know the laser lights are controversial and some think they're tacky- this thread isn't for you.

For those who have laser lights in the city, how do you prevent them from being stolen? I would like to get them for my house this year (I have back issues and have trouble with traditional Christmas lights), but I'm worried they'll be easily stolen. Any tips?

Wire the outside with a couple volts?

Don't know. Do you live in a crime ridden neighborhood ? I've never had any outdoor decorations stolen.
