WISC -V composite score of 120

Anonymous

Could any parents share how their children have fared with a WISC-V Composite score of ~120 at the Top-10 schools? I believe that this maps to the 91st percentile.

I believe that Weschler is needed for K-3, WISC-V for 4th grade and SSAT thereafter at many of DC area schools.

I understand that the WISC-V is only ONE of the attributes that the Top-10 schools but is there some kind of cutoff below which the children will not be considered.

TIA.

It's fine.

The score is fine. At the top schools working super hard is what matters.

It's below the traditional cut-off for "gifted" which starts at 130, but as PP said, grades and attitude and recommendations count too. So it's more than fine!
