My husband's bookkeeper gave him a letter from BPAS.com with retirement account information enclosed. Bookkeeper has no answers. I called the 1-800 line and they want a SS# just to speak with someone. This feels fake to me but hoping someone can easily tell me if its real or not before I spend more time. |
Did you ever find out if it was a scam or real? |
Yeah, I have the same question. These creeps nebulously refer to an account created for me "by a former employer" but neglect to mention who. The sum is not so outrageous to seem completely fake, but tantalizing enough not to ignore. What pieces of crap there are out there. Even if it is legit, this is no way to conduct business. Dare ask me my SS#. Bullshit. |
did anyone figure out if this is legit? I received a letter too. Something doesn't feel right. |
They exist. But according to their reviews, they aren't the greatest of people to work with. bpas.com |
