I just heard about it, and am just starting it.

I just googled it because i had never heard of it before. But it is actually pretty much how I eat. Its a very healthy diet, though it still depends on how big your portions are. I'm not overweight, but I'm not 110 pounds either. My PP-weight was 135-140 (5'4). But, I had a complete blood workup done at one point and I was VERY healthy as far as nutrients/cholesterol etc...though I did have Hashimoto's, but its probably hereditary.

I have heard it is fantastic, but the portion sizes are very restricted....I think the MUFA foods maintain nutrietnts while calorie count decreases pretty dramatically the first two weeks. check it out on Prevention mag site...

I'm the person who said I just found out about it and am starting the diet. The Prevention mag site is where I heard about it. I googled to get rid of belly fat.

Portion sizes are critical, I agree. And I'm worried about eating nuts, because they are hard to stop at just a small handful. And they are so dense in fat and calories it's really hard to mess up. At least for me. The rest of it looks easy, and I'm doing a lot of it. I rely too much on dairy, which is my downfall. Cheese.
