I've had them for a few months. It is nit an app. It's a website. They told me that when I talked to their customer service.
Overall it's good but you can't see Instagram and snapchat. |

| You can only see Instagram if you have their password. You can't see the profiles they create without them giving you the password. I didn't think TeenSafe was worth the cost given that. |
