NP, and not to take us off topic ... but why would a school need multiple full-time "diversity directors" at different levels of the school, whose sole job is to promote diversity? I mean, I can understand the desire - and even need - to promote diversity and the many related issues. But hiring 2-3 full-time people to address only those specific issues at a school of maybe 1200 students seems perhaps a bit extravagant. Seems like a small organization could make do with slightly less robust resources, especially since plenty of teachers and parents undoubtedly would be eager to engage in diversity issues if given a little direction.
