Awesome children's museum, train museum, awesome nature center, ghost tours, old fort, free water taxi, my 8 year old DS loves it.

Great city. Was there for NYE years ago. The only hard thing is finding a good reservation for dinner on NYE that will be OK with kids. A lot of stuff is closed on New Year's Day, too.
