Anyone know about treating chemical pregnancies with lovenox?
I was also treated with other medications as well, not just lovenox. If you are not at risk for bleeding problems you could ask for RE for a trial of 40mg once a day and see if it helps.
what else other than Lovenox?

Different things at various times in my road to getting one to stick. My case is not typical though so I hesitate to alarm you by listing all of my medications.
It is generally accepted that elevated TNF can cause implantation problems. So anything that will lower that or suppress any excess inflammation should help. Humira, dex, prednisone just to name a few. |
OP here: I don't know what TNF is, but I have hetero MTHFR and a mild factor 2 issue. My clinic does 4 days of Medrol (a steroid) prior to transfer.
TNF is tumor necrosis factor (alpha). 4 days of a steroid won't completely address this since it's out of your system pretty quickly.
how would one know if they had tumor necrosis factor?

You'd have to have a blood test specifically for it. I think it's the CD3+/CD4+ ratio and can be referred to as TH1:TH2.
