Looking for a good non-denominational Christian Bible-based church with a great choir

Anonymous
Is that too much to ask? I used to go to a fantastic church years ago with lots of ministries and dynamic engagement. I haven't found a church like it since. Lately I have really been missing the fellowship of a good bible-based church. Any suggestions? Not really evangelical or pentecostal just a nice non-denominational church is what I seek.

What area are you in? How old are your kids?

Anywhere in the surrounding DC area. Not looking for a family or kids church. Just what I described. Lots of outreach and ministries, and most importantly Bible based.

McLean Bible might be what you want- definitely a megachurch.

The Falls Church Anglican is bible based and has good music.

I think Christ the King Anglican has a pretty good choir- it is a more formal service.

National Community Church is non-denominational with a lot of programs- I don't know anything about the choir situation.

Thanks. Not sure if I want a megachurch but definitely don't want a tiny church.

none of those are tiny. NCC has multiple campuses. Christ the King is the smallest of that group- it is a church plant from TFCA.
All Nations DC is another TFCA plant- but I don't know anything about their music situation.

If you are looking for a diverse church membership, try Alfred Street Baptist Church in Old Town Alexandria. Choir and sermons are outstanding. They also have excellent guest ministers.

Another vote for Falls Church Anglican. Terrific choir and organists.

I feel like non-denominational churches generally don't have big or great choirs - usually they have bands that lead contemporary worship.

Burke Community church and Immanuel Bible Chirch both fit that description

We have family members who love Columbia Baptist in Arlington. Technically, it is not non-denominational. However, most non-denominational churches are pretty much Baptist.

Capitol Hill Baptist isn't non-denominational doesn't have a choir, but the congregational singing is fantastic. And it's definitely Bible based.
