can you really use indoor/outdoor rugs indoors?

I don't need something super high quality (esp since we have kids) but I hope to not spend too much money and these seem cheap... but I don't want it to look super cheap.

Yes, we bought something similar for under a dining room table, because it is easy to clean up.

Love ours! But there are some that are more plasticky looking and those don't look great inside. I have indoor/outdoor rugs in my laundry room and family room. They're great. Scrub down really easy and once a year I drag them to the deck and hose them off. they come perfectly clean.
