Can anyone recommend a preschool with a good curriculum, preferably 1 or 2 languages offered, music lessons, math and ABCs. Full time 7 am - 6 pm. Vienna, Oakton, Fairfax. Thank you!
I do know about Melzger Academy, but mixed reviews and high initiation/registration fee make me feel uncomfortable with it. If you have good experiences with Meltger Academy please let me know as well. Thank you! |

When does your kid get to play? |
Some preschools I know charge as if kids are ready for a PhD. |
| That's not a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool. |
| Look at the Russian preschools. That's pretty much the only place you will find such a rigorous preK curriculum. |
Ours went to one in MD and yes they are. I they are not ready, they should not be in school. |
| Our preschool in MD has a "curriculum" like that, but it's hardly rigorous or developmentally inappropriate. The kids learn a handful of easy Spanish words like "hola", count apples, sing the alphabet song, etc. It's still just a regular, play-based program. |
| OP, Green Hedges in Vienna might have the enrichments you're looking for. |
