Vacations by price point

Where would you go or what would be possible with the following budgets? Maybe one place with airfare included in price and one place without it included. International or domestic for two people.

1. $ 800 - $1000

2. $ 1500-$1800

3 $2500- $3000

4. $3500-$4000

You could go a lot of places on those budgets. The issues are lodging expectations, and activities.

Really after the airfare everything else is just a trade off.

i think you need to narrow down a bit or give more specificity re: interests.

for example, dh and i went to south africa for under $4k. you could easily do that trip for 2k or 20k.
