Regular ballet class for 5-year old?

| In search of a normal, low-stress ballet or jazz class with a low-key teacher, with normal volume and traditional music, not super loud. Our current studio blasts what I think is not appropriate music for 5-year old girls at levels above 100 Db. (Used an app to measure). I complained, no response. Looking from Bethesda to Germantown. TIA! |

| Find a ballet school, not a dance studio. Something along the lines of Maryland Youth Ballet. |

| Maryland Youth Ballet, CityDance, American Dance Institute, in that order are all reputable ballet-focused programs over in MD. |

We have been doing these for several years with our DD. She loves it. She started with the pre-ballet and now does classes at Rockcrest. |

I would add that they only use classical music during class as far as I've seen. |

It's pretty much a one room studio - there are restrooms but probably does look like a house on Google Maps. It's right next to a park and in a residential neighborhood. My daughter loves Miss Simpson. |
