Cons: Price, not walkable to old Williamsburg town
Pros: Riverfront golf course marina setting, suite with bedroom, balcony, woodburning fireplace and kitchen & view of the James, indoor pool & outdoor lazy river, surprisingly kid-friendly dining room, white sandy beach near marina, coffee shop next to a playground, spa, tennis courts, room service, big grocery store right at resort entrance, proximity/nice drive to Jamestown.

It was great for our family vacation this summer. Multiple family members stayed in adjacent rooms and we were all able to eat together in our condo. Having the kitchen is key when traveling g with kids, and theirs were nice and well outfitted. Found it to be reasonably priced and centrally located. I also really appreciated the running trail around the surrounding neighborhoods. Don't care that John Hinkley lives there now. Would go back without any hesitation.

I used to love it but felt it was overpriced last time we went. Depends on what time of year you go and how many of the amenities you will use. Last time we went it wasn't summer and no one golfed.
