IHeartRadio music festival = annoying

Really random vent here. Seems like all the morning shows I listen to talked about THE iHeartRadio music festival ad nauseum for months, now they're back and constantly talk about all the cool things they did/celebrities they met/how drunk they got. What is the point of this event other than letting the radio personalities go party and find things to brag about? Why does the average listener care? Just sick of hearing about it!

I'll join your vent about IHeart, but my peeve is how their stations censor the music. I'd rather them not play the song than bleep out words.

The monopoly on publicly played music is disconcerting. IHeart everything. Yuck.

The point of the show is a concert with a lot of big names in one place.

There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes in radio that most people do not realize. I think the DJ's doing interviews, getting pics with artists, and having fun is their reward for the work they do throughout the year.

However, some DJ's do not care about the community, and that is sickening.
