I used GIVF, my main DR was Dr. Udoff but I sometimes saw Dr. Morgiani also. We did IVF/ICSI with PGS testing. I'd previously been with Partners for Fertility in Tysons and didn't love their approach. I use Partners for IUI to get son #1 and when we ran out of IUI coverage, decided to use them for IVF with PGS. Dr. never disclosed that she couldn't do day 5 PGS testing, only day 3. We did one retrieval round with her, got two PGS normals, both transfers failed.

At that point I switched to GIVF. World of difference, very high tech but personable practice and I loved dealing with the drs, nurses, finance folks etc. We did a retrieval, again got two PGS normals (they test onsite in their lab, most places ship to NJ or CA for testing), did one transfer which failed. Then I was concerned that it was a timing issue and asked Dr. Udoff to do an endometrial biopsy. Although he thought that it was unlikely to be the issue, he listened to my concerns and did the biopsy. Turned out that I needed two more days of meds than typical, and our final PGS normal transfer worked. I'm now 31 weeks pregnant with baby boy #2.

That was lengthy but I wanted to illustrate that he takes the time to hear you out and lets you drive the treatment plan. I appreciated hearing why he didn't think it was an issue, and that he was willing to do what I needed. We couldn't have afforded another round of IVF so this was really our final shot.
