Doesn't really matter. The point is still North Atlantic is the better division with the better competition. Case in point: VDA 1-0 against MDU in the NC Jr Showcase. VDA is supposedly so great. Bethesda vs MDU 1-1 and 0-0.

They were a better 9v9 team.

We have played Loudoun multiple times. Both Matchfit and PDA are BIG step above Loudoun. Penn Fusion has also gotten better this year.

Those teams are also a step above Bethesda who was winless in four matches against them this fall.

Correct. They have also played a tougher schedule than any of the teams in the DMV. Nobody else even comes close. Again, 5th place Pipeline just ran through a tournament with Richmond, Courage and Charlotte. Meanwhile Pipeline lost to Bethesda just two weeks ago. To take things even a step further, Baltimore Armour finished 0-2-1 over the weekend with a tie to Richmond. At WAGS, BA lost to 6th place FC Delco 2-0 in the final. Bethesda beat Delco a week later 2-0.

1. Loudoun
2. Bethesda
3. Pipeline
4. Arlington
5. Everyone else.

Please feel free to educate me on anyone else in the Baltimore-Washington area that has a better resume as the teams above.

Resume? Seriously- get a real job if your using your DD performance as your resume.

Talking resumes and making up rankings is silly.

Yet there is a dedicated website for youth soccer rankings age 10 thru 19. We play sports for fun and competition. The point of a game is to try and be the best. Sorry if that offends you. You are probably the parent that tells their DC not to pass or worry about being a good teammate and only are concerned with how many goals your DC scores. Others understand through teamwork, successful outcomes can be had and also be recognized for it. I read many times that a player is recruited and not the team. Well, that’s just wrong. No coach wants a selfish player. They want talented players that show they can work with others.

Oh, last thought. What ranked team will get more attention at U16? A top 25 team or a top 200 team.

I saw Alexandria play on North Carolina over the weekend and I was impressed with the skill.

Baltimore Armour had a rough outing at NCFC showcase but they did tie 1st place Richmond. Metro and Armour play this weekend for battle of the top local GA team.

My DD plays for an ECNL club in a different age group. We watched Armour's game vs CSA because we have a family friend on that team. I have no idea how Armour managed to lose, let alone by that score. If that game is played 10 times, Armour ties or wins 9 of them based on what I saw. CSA was perhaps a touch more athletic but Armour was clearly the better soccer team. I have no dog in the 09 fight for supremacy but that game was an example that results do not always paint an accurate picture in youth soccer.

No, that was Arlington Red. They deserve credit for making it to the final of the 2nd Division though.
