Any experience with Early Start Therapy in Arlington?

I saw a flyer at DD's daycare but never heard of them before now - we go all the way to Krieger for ST appts and haven't been able to find someplace closer that takes our insurance, so would be a plus if this turned out to be a good fit. I don't want to give up our spot at Krieger though, we've been going for a year now and DD really likes her therapist.

I guess I really have two questions with this post - 1) Any reviews on this place and 2) can you justify the wear and tear of going to a specific place for therapy if you feel like you're seeing progress or can you get pretty much the same thing wherever you go? Obviously I know that qualifications and experience matters, but it just seems like we're constantly on the way to appointments and sometimes I wonder if it's worth it. I'm so tired...
