How is the Red Line today?

I only have to travel two stops, but given that I have to leave early to pick up my kids, I'm wondering if I should just work at home.

what a question.... if you have the option to work from home why leave at all? radio and metro website say that it's packed around the accident area due to the volume of people and the fact that the shuttle can hold only 50 people per trip.
