I recognize that this is probably best posted on something like NextDoor or local listserv but I am no longer in the DC area and don't have access to those. So thanks for bearing with me as I post here. 
Any recommendations for reputable, decent but not crazy high end garage door replacement company? House is 55 yrs old and so is garage door; needs to be replaced. My FIL is 84 and has always done all of these things himself but now needs a service to do the work. Recommendations appreciated! |

| I just posted a similar request recently and also got a recommendation for Benson Garage Doors - they were fantastic - quick, honest, good work. I would definitely use then again. |

We live in Bethesda and just had Benson install doors a few weeks ago. Great to work with, and reasonable prices. Go with them.
Beware it may take a few weeks to get it installed, as doors need to be ordered and then get on the installer's schedule. Summer is a busy time for this -- the other company I called to get a quote was backed up 2-3 months. |
