Redoing basement

| We did cork floors and love it! We also put down an area rug. |

| Laminate/Vinyl that is water proof with area rugs. Tile is too hard and cold. |

| We did carpet. No regrets. Just make sure you get GOOD carpet (nylon, dense, high twist). Of course we have had no history of water damage, but if your basement is water prone I'd do vinyl plank flooring. |
