Ballston Children's Center

We had two kids go through there and liked it. Some teachers are better than others, but our kids were happy there. This was a few years ago, but they also had part-time slots, which was great for us. They also offer extras like ballet, drama, languages and music lessons for an additional fee. They do some K-prep for the older kids, like numbers, letters, some sight words, but it's not over the top - it was a good balance of play and learn IMO.

Is this the school that sends three year olds home with worksheets?

The only experience I've had is that no one ever returned my emails or phone calls to get on the waiting list.

No direct experience, but we know one kid there currently and one from a few years ago, and they said it was fine.

Neighbors sent three kids there. Say it is a great balance between play and learning. They loved it.

Also considering this and can't find much information. It seemed like a lovely place during the tour, but I was surprised that there was not a huge waitlist like other centers, and it is so much less expensive.

BUMP - I am also considering this daycare!
