Is having an en suite worth a window in the shower?

My 3 BR homes has 2 full bathrooms on the floor with the bedrooms, with both bathrooms accessible from the hallway. We'd like to reconfigure the layout so that one of the bathrooms is more directly accessible to the master bedroom. We've played around with it every possible way and even had help from designers and a design-build, and the only way to do it would result in a window in the shower. It's a window I really don't want to seal up because it's important to the architectural balance of the home. I think having the en suite bathroom would be a big enough value add that it wouldn't be a big deal. We'd find some way to obscure the view, of course, as I don't want to be on display. Would this be a dealbreaker when it comes to resale?

Add privacy film. Don't over think this. Window in a shower is awesome!

Its fine but the window gets really moldy and is hard to clean. We got a privacy window and neighbor said she can still see through it so we have to have a shower curtain over it. (glad she told us). The wood window there previously rotted out. If you do it, change the window to vinyl and make sure everything is in vinyl/pvc.

We have a window in our shower. The glass has a sort of etching on it so people couldn't see through it. It's nice to have the natural light in there. The house is 15 years old and no mold issues. We love that we can open it for fresh air (no one can see in from our backyard).
