bethesda plumber/handyman

My mom & stepfather live in an old house in the Bethesda area. The bathroom is in need of remodeling- it is old and falling apart. My stepfather has insisted that he would do it. I think, 5 years later, it has finally occurred to my mom that it will not happen if she leaves it up to him.

She is looking for a plumber/handyman to help her renovate her bathroom. I live in NOVA, so I have no recommendations for her. Does anyone have any recommendations for a plumber/handyman or a company that can, at a reasonable cost, renovate her bathroom.
