My son is a good student, but has SPD. We'd love to send him to a private school that would be accepting of these issues. We are moving to MoCo in the next few months, and are also hoping he might be able to get in somewhere mid-year. Would love to find a friendly, non-snobby school, with a not hugely rigorous admissions process (like, if you can pay the money, you are essentially in).
Are there any good private school in MoCo that might fit these needs? Religious or non is fine. |

| Green Acres, if your kid is okay without a lot of structure. What accommodations, specifically, does he need? |
What does it mean for a kid entering kindergarten to be a "good student"? |
| OP here. Ha- probably doesn't mean much. Just that he's gone to a regular nursery and preschool the past few years with no significant issues. |
| Sometimes noise bothers him and he needs a break. He also need a patient teacher. We've had him in OT for 2 years, so he seems to have done more of his sensory behaviors under control, but that also a lot in part due to patient preschool teachers. |
