SPOILER FOR THIRD SEASON FINALE ... SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER ... I am so worried about Bojack's possible daughter. All he does is F up the lives of the people around him. He recognizes when he is doing something wrong or failing them but he just does it anyway. Either that or he is finally going to have a meaningful relationship. I feel like the show has been hinting all along that the way out of depression is to care about doing good for other people. The hamster who wrote that show with Bojack pretty much said as much (I can't believe I just typed that sentence). As someone who has struggled with depression I think this is pretty accurate. Depression is physical and has this thought component where you get in this toxic thinking cycle. I feel like every season we end up in a very similar place but with tiny baby steps for Bojack. Mr. Peanutbutter is just the best. No wonder Diane married him. And I really wanna see Rutabega and Vanessa Gecko get it. |
