So, in your version of reality "Travis won" based on your arbitrary belief that he will propose? What nonsense. As of now, he's just another lover of her many lovers. He will "win" when he gets married to her and it's a long road to get there. |

Why would she? She doesn’t need marriage, ever. She has a fabulous life as it is, and a long wait list of awesome men ready to fill any blank spaces that open up. I say good for her! |

I haven't posted in awhile, but I've been thinking about Taylor and Travis and my opinions have changed. At first, I thought they were a great couple and that maybe he was "the one." At this point, however, I'm pretty sure they will part amicably sometime this year. He's just not at her intellectual level and I think she knows it, deep down. He was probably a great rebound relationship, but at some point, she's going to tire of the football girlfriend/wife role and want someone deeper.

Deep down she knows she won’t be able to stay happy and fulfilled with someone like Travis, though in fairness he would make 90%+ of all women very, very happy long-term. Not Taylor though, and she is smart so she knows it. Try to picture a young Hillary Clinton with a Travis - nope, for the same reasons. Matty Healy is at Tay’s level intellectually and artistically. He can relate to her in a way very few others can because he does the same type of work. And she definitely left the door open with some of the songs album. If only her fans would STFU. |
