Real estate question: what area specifically does "Old City #2" refer to on RE sites?

Doing research about relocating. Used to live in DC but have never heard this term before. Thanks!

Logan Circle, Shaw, parts of U Street corridor and some of the areas around there. It is a real estate term based on how the area is noted on the deed and is used by tax assessors. There is not exact overlap with neighborhood boundaries.

Old City #1 is Logan/Shaw, Ledroit and parts of Adams Morgan
Old City #2 is Mt. Pleasant U street Corridor and parts of Dupont
