Ladies - please recommend your workout underwear

For those of you who run, bike, dance, lift, etc... what underwear do you wear for working out? I shower and wash my clothes regularly, but I feel I... start to smell halfway into a serious workout. What underwear do you wear helps keep you feeling/smelling fresh? Washes well?

[for those of you who don't wear underwear while exercising, that's great but this post is not for you]

I like ex officio, which is also my go-to travel underwear.

I pretty much only wear cotton Victoria's Secret underwear all the time. I would say cotton and not a song is probably the way to go .

NOT cotton. It doesn't wick. Any sweating or other moisture is just "yuck."

I love my Moving Comfort underwear, but they've changed the cut. I like the "old" better than the "new."

My DH has Ex Officio and really likes that.

I like Victoria's Secret "yoga" underwear. Plain, not cotton, no panty lines, and they stay put.

I have some Adidas thongs. I got them at Sports Authority, not sure if they are sold elsewhere. So far they are better than other brands I've tried.

Victoria's Secret Pink Seamless panties. These are the best! (Surprisingly) https://www.victoriassecret.com/panties/no-show-and-seamless/seamless-bikini-panty-pink?ProductID=299476&CatalogueType=OLS

I actually work out in bikini bottoms. I sweat too much down there and start to chafe.

OK, I'm the original cotton poster… I have never heard of this before. I used to be kind of prone to yeast infections, and I thought cotton was the best to prevent that. I don't get them so much anymore, every once in a while. If I don't notice anything and I change right after working out, does it matter?

Google "Cotton is Rotten" and you'll find why cotton is not a good option.

I love my 100% cotton undies for day-to-day use, but no way do I use them when I am working out.

Which style ex officio do you use?

The only alternative to cotton used to be polyester that didn't breathe. Now there are better synthetic fabrics that breathe and wick away moisture--which cotton doesn't do.
