Philadeplphia this weekend

We want to go to Philadelphia this weekend, driving up Sat morning and coming back Sunday night.
We have a 1yo dd. Where should we stay and where should we go?

We always stay out at the airport either at Sheraton Suites or Residence Inn. I'd say try to get to the Please Touch Museum. And on South Street there is a diner around 2nd, I think it's actually called the Second Street Diner that has good breakfast food.

I haven't been, but there is a "Please Touch Me" science museum that is supposedly great.

They have a nice zoo there too. Personally I would stay near the malls in King of Prussia and drive in, but you may prefer to be closer into town. Also Dutch Wonderland or Sesame Place, or the Crayola place - all I think are in the suburbs. It really depends on where you will be.
