I got a disc profile done on me when I first started at my company in 2008. It seemed "accurate" to me but I'm a quant type person so don't put much weight in those sorts of things.
I also do not put much weight in certifications for those things but again I am a numbers person. Are you looking to get certified or did you have questions on your profile? |
