Implantation spotting?

| Woke up today (10dpo) to the lightest pink spotting I have ever seen -- only when I wipe, not enough even for a pantyliner. I have never had pink spotting, it has always been brown. Could this be the magical implantation spotting I hear of? And if it is, when can I test? |

The day after I had implantation bleeding, I got a negative test. 3 days later I took a positive one. It is hard to wait, but don't be discouraged if you test too soon. |

Thank you, thank you for the reply! That is very helpful to know. I probably would have tested tomorrow and been disheartened to see a negative. I'll hold off at least two more days, and longer if I can.

I had similar experience with my second pregnancy. The only difference I had tested positive a day before my bleeding (very faint line) I was convinced I was going through early miscarriage...I bothered the heck out of my Obgyn and had me come twice a week to monitor my hcg, do early US which didn't pick up fetal HB because it was way early...but turned out later that I was pregnant!

OP here, thanks for the replies! I had that very light pink spotting Wednesday, and today at 12dpo I tested negative  Still no signs of AF (which with my 15 day LP isn't due until Monday), so that's good. Usually by now I have heavy brown spotting, but nothing yet. Going to give it another day, and then if I'm still negative tomorrow sadly I think I'm out of the running this month. Fingers crossed.
