exterior wooden stair replacement- small job in NoVA- recommendations?

We need to replace our back wooden stairs and landing. The landing is currently about 5x5 and we would like to expand it to 5x8. We did a google last week of some local deck/stair builders and put out a handful of requests for quotes but it seems to be smaller than the size most places will sign on for.

Can someone recommend a person or business who will take on this size job?
