Where to have breakfast after crossing the Bay Bridge?

Anonymous
We are meeting family on the Eastern Shore this Saturday and plan to get over the Bay Bridge by 7am. We'll need some time to kill before we meet them. What are good options for breakfast with 2 young kids after we cross over the bridge?

Crackle Barrel came up after doing a quick search on Yelp.

That early your only options will probably be chains.

Cracker Barrel is right on 50 right over the bridge. It's perfect for little kids.

There is a Chick Fil A just past the Cracker Barrel. It has a playground.

Anything that isn't a chain? Even a bit later?

I'm not sure if this is on the other side but it might be worth it to go over. The restaurant is called Holly's and we ate there about five years ago. To entertain yourself they give you placemats with the US capitals missing and you have to fill in as many as you can. Heminways might be open but I've only eaten there at dinner. So,, check the website before you go

I think Annie's in Kent Narrows opens at 11 on Sat and 9 on Sunday.

Why not just stop in Annap on the way, traffic shouldn't be heavy, even at 8 or 9.
